Solid mat to use to germinate seeds. Pick a good location preferably in door with a surface that won’t absorb heat. If needed put cardboard underneath to insulate. I got great results in an accelerated timeframe.

This is a fairly large pad, but is well sealed and made of decent material. It raises the temperature to about 10-15 degrees over the CURRENT ROOM TEMPRATURE. This is important, as I see reviews on YouTube where they put it in a 40 F room and expect it to keep 80 F temps consistently. This is perfect for germination, seedling, and maybe even in vegetation if your plants needs to be 10-15 degrees warmer. To get it flat, roll it out and set something on each corner to hold it down. Plug it in and let it warm (wait around 15-30 minutes), and unplug. The heat helps the material become more malleable and flatten out. I've had a lot of good experiences with Vivosun products thus far. They build decent quality products that stand up to their intended use, at a cost that's actually reasonable.
