Didn't have instructions. Put on eye and it burned like hell! Not I have read instructions online, will try again.

This is an excellent product if used correctly. Take your time to carefully dab the product to the lash and be patient!! completely remove one cluster of lashes before moving onto the next eye I found using a cotton bud to apply and remove more effective.Do not open your eye if you haven’t removed the product fully it’s like pins in the eyes.

The eyelids individual lash remover is amazing! If you are a little patient and keep your eye closed (do one at a time) the product works fantastic. Removed my individual salon lash extensions without taking many natural lashes with them. Use a cotton bud soaked in the liquid and gently rub over the base of the lash where it is glued in downward motion and after five minutes or so the lashes start to slide off! Took ten minutes total to do both eyes. At £3.99 it is a bargain and saves a trip to the salon!!

This got my lashes off really easily. I just applied to a cotton bud and wiped across my eyes, left it for a few minutes then used clean fingers to work in and ease off gently It does sting slightly if it enters your eyes so do be careful and make sure you have a clean cotton round to wipe the residue away before you open your eyes, but that's probably a given.

This product is amazing! I needed to remove my false eyelashes at home and this made the removal process so easy. Applied it with a cotton bud, ran it over my lash line and within minutes my false lashes were coming away leaving my natural lashes perfectly intact! Definitely recommend

Highly recommend this product, especially for the price. My classic lash extensions have never come off so easily, and I usually really struggle - with half my eyelashes also coming out. This didn’t happen! I seen someone post about folding and soaking a cotton pad with water, pushing it right up against your eyelash and soaking an ear bud with the solution and essentially brushing through the lash into the cotton pad. By doing this absolutely none of the solution went into my eye and didn’t sting at all. I just made sure to keep changing the pad. Probably took me 20 minutes in all, but well worth it.
