Great product. But doesn’t last very long as the spring in the cap has broken

As per price, it’s a good one

The spring which maintains the Flow of water broke just after use of two times and because of that, the whole product is of no use.

First packaging was good and both the items are good both water dispenser and food although I wish food had option to control how much it gets dispensed.As for quality of material it's sufficient and design in classy. Really love it.

The media could not be loaded.  The product feels a little flimsy, especially the base. It makes creaking noises if you squeeze it a little. Please check the attached video. A full can of water placed on top of this base could break it....in time. Maybe. Let's see.I had previously bought the same product from Amazon Basics and it's much sturdier and still going strong. But the price has been increased to almost 1000 rupees now (previously around 600) which is kinda ridiculous.But yeah, this is one of the cheapest water feeders, so it's kind of expected that the quality won't be up to the mark. If it does break, I'll update this review.Edit after a year: no, it hasn't broken! All good.
