Good quality, appears very durable. I’m happy with my purchase.

I have installed enough doorknobs in my time. I looked over the paper it came with. putting in the master lock was no problem. The doorknob was a whole nother issue. first of all, the latch bolt. I had to enlarge just a bit the hole in the door for it to fit. Never had that issue before. So got that done. then the doorknob. It would have been nice if something said "don't take out the screws from the knob. It was later "being as my eyes are not as good as they used to be" and little writing and pictures don't help. So, when I finally saw this, then it made sense. grant you it's a smart key but still. Once I FINALLY figured that ONE little thing, it went together, still hard to hold when you have a bad hand, but I got it. then the whole smart key deal. I wanted to just leave it as is, but certain people seemed to not LIKE that so fine. figured that out but still needed to get another key as mine had broken HENCE a new doorknob and lock. other than that, It is all good. I've used Kwik locks before and still will.. Chalk this one up as a learning experience. But also, it would be nice if you all could ENLARGE your instructions and pictures. So, you have to add an extra page, at least WE the consumer would appreciate it....

Frustrating too install because it's difficult to line up the screws on the deadbolt. Otherwise installing is simple. Only comes with 2 keys, should come with 3 keys or more in my opinion
