The cycle is good, a bit on the heavier side but still solid. The pricing is excellent. It was fairly easy to assemble, I did it with my brother in under an hour. Riding is smooth, suspension is also good and the ride height is comfortable for me. Although my main concern is the shipment, I have no clue how they did it but only one of the spoke was broken and the seat's screw was loose.

In the photo the cycle looks too muscular and good but in reality it seems like a very low quality product The left side suspension has come completely back, and when my friend told me this thing after 5-6 months, I contacted customer care but they talk very rudely and say That get it corrected from the local market, you will not get any help from here, see the suspension quality 😠😠 and they say that this cycle is an MTB 🥲 very very disappointed ☹️😞😠

All good according to the price but the tyres are little slim or different which shown in the picture otherwise I get a fresh and brand new bike Thanks

Good product. Well packaged and delivered on time. 90 % pre assembled. Clear instructions on assembly through youtube video.....link of which is shared with cycle. Better to get it checked and oiled from local mechanic before First use. Good experience till assembly....will experience using it.
