Did not fit
This seeemed to be great but would not fit my Shoosmith saw. My miter slot was smaller than the gage.

EAsy Alignment tool.
I was impressed with the built-in adjustment used to minimize the slop of the measurement fixture in the miter slot.

Seems very accurate.
Putting it together I checked with my machinist square and it was dead on 90° right out of the box.

Very nice device for the price. Instructions leave a little to be desired
The measurement device looks very solid and came with all the parts needed for me to use as a method of determining whether my mitre gauge and fence are aligned with the table saw blade. Getting all the parts together required a little bit of time as the instructions do not have very much detail on what goes where. Its clear the parts are machined out of high quality materials, and this will last me longer than the table saw. It came with a spare battery which is a very nice touch.

Worst tool ever!!!!!
Where do I begin? One of the plumb bolts was the wrong thread pitch. I had to buy another from the hardware store. In order to attach the indicator to the base you have to remove the super tiny screws from the back. No tool was included. The small screws are very soft and the heads strip out. The indicator would not zero. Total piece of crap!

Not that great
The center bolt that holds the cross member for the gauge was not drilled or tapped straight (vertical). This caused a misalignment of the cross member. The T-track adjustment spring plungers (that adjust for width variances in the miter groove) were missing the spring-loaded ball bearings and acted more as set screws which would lock the cross member in the miter groove. Maybe I got the 1 in 10,000 that was out of whack, but I was not satisfied.

Seems right
Measuring from table saw miter slot it says that the current blade is off by 19 thousands which seems about right. It does have some wobble to it. When I measure the same spot on the blade it says it is off by 5 thou. The good news is that the fence is also off by 5 thou over the same length. So if the measurements are true that's close enough for woodworking to me. I had no troubles with the gauge itself. The little screws came out just fine to swap out the back plates. The threads on the backplate and the crosspiece were drilled and tapped correctly. The adjustment knobs only make the crosspiece go up and down, there is no way to adjust the width to fit exactly in the miter slot. To account for the wobble just hold the gauge against one side of the slot. It is easy to put together and comes with a good plastic case to store it in.

Nutschiene unbrauchbar, Messinstrument ok

Great for home workshop
I've wanted one of these for ages to try and dial in my table saw but they've always seemed way too expensive to justify buying. This is awesome value for money if you consider how pricey these can get.Well made for the price. Seems accurate enough for general home workshop use, it identified some run out on my table saw blade and alignment of my fence, after adjusting I can notice the results in accuracy of cuts.Good value, would recommend.

A handy device.
This device is easy to set up and start using and allows you to quickly switch between inches and millimetres. The measurements are clearly displayed on the screen, allowing you to easily check alignments with precision. It also comes with a hard carry case included, so it can be transported without any damage. All in all, it's a handy device, whether for DIY or more professional use.
