I have gastroparesis and use this for its ability to increase bile to aid in digestion in the small intestine. It has helped me some. I can’t say for sure that it definitively does what it says, but I do believe it is helping along with adhering to GP eating guidelines. I give it four stars for that reason but also because there’s no clear warning about blood thinning which I should’ve done more research, but I think there should be a label warning for this issue. When I had blood taken at my last physical, and the bleeding wouldn’t stop, that’s when I started researching what was going on. It’s important to note that I was also taking Ginger root which also thins the blood, and the combination probably resulted in my blood being too thin. So, I can’t put all the blame on the artichoke extract. I do think it helps, especially if it’s used alone and alternating with ginger root and not taking more than one a day IMO. I think it’s a good quality product and used properly won’t cause blood thinning issues.

Not the greatest, in my opinion. Definitley upset my stomach- didn’t feel like it had too many benefits.

This product definitely helped with my gut motility issue along with Iberogast. The two together helped me resolve the issue I was having. Highly recommend.

Don’t know yet if it’s working I have been taking only a few weeks
