Simple and effective
Gravity filters are a simple water purification technology, ideal for places like mine where water pressure may be low or electricity supply uncertain. This involves manual effort, and candles need to be changed every 4-6 months if water is full of sediment, like here in Rajasthan.Of course, you can't expect the level of purification like RO, but no water is wasted either! Suits me.
