The baskets are good quality, but they’re very tiny. Good for tiny bread, bowls, or large biscuits.

I’m pretty new at making sourdough bread, so I can use all the help I can get! Lol These Banneton baskets sure help. They hold the shape of the dough for that final rise and it makes the world of difference. These bowls are well-made. Very nice.

The quality looks reasonable but they are undersized compared to the description- my loaves have turned out ok so far but they’ve been plain - not sure whether they’ll overflow with 2 x1kg loaves with inclusions
