I only had this exercise device for two days, but within that time, I have decided I love it. Some of the complaints are it is too loud, but I disagree. It has almost no sound at all. It may get louder as it starts to wear out, but for now I only hear a smooth hum. It is easy to use. Put one foot in front of your hips and the other foot at your hip. Sling the ball around and just start rocking back and forth. I got the hang of it in about five minutes, and I was never able to hoola hoop. You can adjust the belt to any size you need, large or tiny. Be careful removing and adding segments because they are made of plastic and the tiny knobs that fit into the hole could break if you force them. Just squeeze the ends together slightly and it will bend enough to fit into the holes. If you break one, there are several extra segments. The ball rolls smoothly around when you get the hang of it. My heart rate actually got up a little and I could tell I was using my calfs, thighs, buttocks, and abdomen muscles. I would compare the workout to moderate dancing. It actually is fun so I anticipate this is something I will use, especially during the winter months when I don't get out as much. At this point I would purchase this again. I will add to this review if anything changes my opinion in the future.

Super quiet. Good size range, I’m a 16/18/XL/1X and the picture shows with all the links. I bought this because it seems convenient since I don’t have a gym pass. High quality plastic and definitely wont break, my little brother was playing with it on the floor and its in good condition. Easy to move, even for kids, but still challenging enough to be a workout. Can probably add more weight to the ball. Cute color too.

So far I’m in love. I had been wanting one forever and finally decided to order. I ordered 2 different ones and this one is the best!! Very easy to figure out just add links to fit, put the weight on the track, and link it together around you. The links are super easy to take apart but don’t bust open accidentally. The weight is very quiet (the other one I bought is very loud/annoying) I could literally do this next to my sleeping child with no worries of her waking. And the weight spins easily without wobbling or tangling. Also I am a very big girl and this fits with links left over!! I do recommend wearing tight fitted clothing or tying your shirt up out the way as it will interfere with the track.

So I got this to try it. That’s why I bought one that was less expensive. I figured if it’s not what I want I will return it. First: It came earlier than it said. That’s a plus. Second: It’s not that loud. I have watched videos and they’re more noisy than this. Third: It is going to take time to learn. Fourth: It is easy to put together, but I had a hard time taking it apart squeezing the pieces. It is plastic but it is sturdy. Which surprised me. In all fairness I do have RA. The weight feels good. I was worried about it not fitting. I am 5’4” and weigh 295. I had three or four pieces left. I am not good at getting it to go around. But I just got it today. HOWEVER: I ordered RED and got BLUE. Even though the box says red. That is why it got 3 stars. Update I have learned to make it go around for 8 minutes at a time. The key is you can’t go slow. Still hate that it is BLUE. I wish I would have gotten what I ordered.

This hula hoop is awesome! It’s super easy to put together and feels really sturdy when using it. It takes a minute to get the hang of the motion to keep it going. I’m a big girl and there were still plenty of links left over so if you’re plus size this is the one! I recommend looking up TikTok’s on how to use it and just try a few different ways. The snaps are easy to lock and unlock no breaking like I’ve seen on others. I wish it came with sand to make the ball heavier

Easy to put together, so easy & comfortable to use, absolutely no noise from this, the weighted ball runs really smoothly. broke my wrist a few years ago so there is a weakness in my right wrist but for me this was easy to remove. Glad I purchased this item.
