This product is by far the best one out there to keep your sinus cavities clean and congestion free. There is nothing worse than a sinus headache caused by nasal congestion. This product can also help keep you from getting a sinus infection requiring medical treatment.

Not sure if it works. Did not use it much as it stung like hell when sprayed into nostrils!! Not pleasant at all!!
