I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I was happily surprised with the quality amd quantity I received when the package was delivered.You get both "types" of cream and a LOT of the papers which you can shape and use anywhere instead of just on your nose like the drugstore ones.It takes a while to dry, but once dry it really works it's magic and clears those pores!The smell can be a little overwhelming, but its not unpleasant so in my opinion its not something that would stop me from purchasing again.The trick is to make sure you steam your face before you use it, and really make sure you follow the directions on how to liquid the gel to get the best results.It's a GREAT product that can do wonders for blackheads and clogged pores. Just make sure you wash your skin very well after and moisturize! It can be a bit drying, especially if you are anot used to it or have sensitive skin.

Advertisement is very misleading! Very irritating and blackheads were absolutely not touched! Plain soap and water works much better! Keep a clean face and ears and you won’t get blackheads in the first place! ( Can I say this). Trust me!

Doesn’t quite pull out as much as others but it’s okay for a light exfoliation.

The media could not be loaded. What I like about this product is there are two optional creams which is Black charcoal and Aloe Vera. strips can be cut and be used as per the area of application. It does works well and you can see that blackheads/whiteheads come off.The only thing concerns me if you keep it on face over required time, while taking of the paper it sometimes tear off and the area needs to be washed with water.It is not sticky, and can be removed by hot/ Luke warm water. Worth try once.

I'm pleasantly surprised at this product. It worked GREAT!! After trying many Biore strips, many times and not having any success, I decided to give this a try. I wish I would have tried sooner. I used the bamboo one first and I can't believe how many blackheads I had! My nose pores are definitely cleanier. The gel itself is super sticky and it doesn't hurt at all when pulling the paper off. For how sticky it is, it comes off easily with a damp rag. For the price, I really wasn't expecting much but this has far exceeded my expectations! And what a great value, 2 pots of blackhead remover, which you don't need a lot of for the product to work. Would definitely recommend 👌

This pack comes with two jars, though the instructions never really clarify. Everything seems to be centered around the charcoal mask, the black jar of the pair. It's sticky to the touch and has an antiseptic sort of odor, very noticeable but not too unpleasant. It was rather messy to apply, but stayed in place well once I put the paper over it.It said to wait for about 10-15 minutes for it to dry, but after 20 minutes, it still hadn't dried thoroughly. I removed it and washed off the excess, which was also a messy process, and some of the dried stuff did not want to come off easily! Where it did dry seemed to do its job all right, but the rest was still sticky and goopy. I didn't even apply that much! I tried to match my attempt to the pictures on the listing, since the drawings on the instructions that came with it really didn't help. (What is an "appropriate" amount of product?)I thought perhaps the other jar was moisturizer, but after a sniff-and-touch test, I think it's a second type of mask. It has a similar odor and sticky feel to it. The instructions never make this clear, though.Overall, the mess and inconvenience are big turn-offs for this product. I'll just go with a premade pore strip next time.

Smells nice, applies easily, peels off easily. My nose is so smooth and looks so much better. Love this stuff. Highly recommend.

Be careful! It does it will take your skin off with it. And it burns afterwards. I would not recommend especially not for a sensitive skin! Is very messy and hard to store and keep the mess to a minimum
