This herb is great in healing various viruses and skin problems. I had a horrible rash on my leg from who knows what from outdoors. Doctors couldn't clear it up with their RX's. This is my 2nd time using Black Walnut. I used it several years ago out of curiosity to see if there was any parasites inside my body that would come out after using this supplement. First time around I will say that yes, something did come out but I'm not sure what it was. Now for the last few months I've been having digestive issues and not feeling overall great, so I thought it would be a good idea to try this again for a round 2, see if it helps. One week in I noticed odd white things in several bm's, so it has to be working. I haven't had any stomach upset at all and these don't taste all that great and there are the occasional powdery burps if I don't drink these down with enough water. The digestive issues I was having before starting this has started to slow down thankfully- I have IBS D and suffer daily with chronic diarrhea that has now started to slow down. I'm not a full believer that these do work, but I am certain that something is happening for me here and I do think this cleanse is a good thing. I try to eat healthy and avoid under cooked meats and produce that isn't washed well. The bottle says you can only take them for 2 weeks, which is 2 pills 2 times a day for a total of 4 pills a day- I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

I like tht they helped to improve my digestive tract, ENT, esophagus, skin, sleep, immune system, energy, mood, eating foods, sinus, headaches and my overall wellness. Even family and friends noticed that I look better & feel like being around others, most of all the aches and pain in my body is gone....no need of pain meds. And my thinking feel clearer. I will definitely buy again in a heartbeat! And it takes away the bloating of stomach.
