All ok, the only gripe is that the lettering is a bit dull. I had to go over it with some white paint using a fine brush for the sign to be legible from a few feet away. It is not the lack of craftsmanship, but the property of the slate I guess, so not taking away from the rating.However, expensive overall, as I the found a shop in the next village making slate signs for much much less. I guess depends on where you live... I would not order any slate signs next time without first checking local pricing. .

Very prompt service, house sign looks lovely. I gave 4 stars for sturdiness as I thought the slate could have been a little thicker. However once it is on the wall I am sure this will not matter too much. All in all a very nice addition to my house.

Ordered one of these signs over four years ago for our previous home so had no hesitation in ordering again for our new home. Perfectly made with attention to detail, I just knew it would be quality upon arrival. Would recommend to anybody.

Very pleased with our sign. It’s laser etched rather than carved. The letters are grey not white. But it looks good. The slate is ok thickness but I added a wooden mount as fitting on an uneven surface such as a stone wall would risk cracking the slate.

The media could not be loaded. Writing is not white but grey. Holding against a white wall & it’s clear it’s not white and therefore won’t be very visible

Only two stars as it’s very faint and I hadn’t realised you had to pay another £7.20 for white painted writing. Already cost £31.00 so didn’t feel it was value for money.
