Bought one for our bedroom some years ago. Bought this one for our living room. Excellent bit of kit. Effective cooling. Easy to use.

Firstly, this machine is not quiet. Don’t be fooled by the low DB ratings, as these are not the EU figures, printed on the energy certificate.I wanted it as a replacement for my old Blyss 9k BTU machine, which was noisy and not quite powerful enough for my new flat.It turns out this “silent” machine was noisier than my old unit. At 12k BTU, it was noticeably more powerful but not for the increase volume. I returned the machine, and appliances direct were happy to help - I received a full refund.The remote was the best bit!

this product is not silent unless you just want to run the fan, it you want the room cool where ear plugs !

It is fairly good but the timer is not working could you please send me some one to fixed it

Good product, mostly.It's not very quiet though, when running I would say similar volume to a microwave. Clicks on and off quite a bit which can distract you when trying to get to sleep.Works well for a double bedroom, struggles a bit in our lounge but that is expected as it is a bit bigger

Bought ours last year when the heat hit. I have a heart condition and limited lung function and it truly saved my life then. Have it back on again now.Our lounge is about 38sq.m and this unit will drop the temp and humidity quite quickly, even on slow speed.No, it isn’t ‘quiet’ - no air conditioner is but I’m sitting here watching TV quite happily. I find that as a continuous background noise the brain soon stops focussing on it.It certainly does the job. No complaints.

We bought this during the long hot summer of 2018 as it was so warm at night and difficult to sleep. We got it out again this summer 2019 during the hot spell. All we wanted was a cold bedroom so we could sleep at night - and this machine delivers. This is what we do during the scorching weather: turn machine on mid afternoon & shut bedroom windows and door.........this provides somewhere cool when I get home from work and we just leave it running all evening as it gives us somewhere to retreat to if we need to cool down. We have tried sleeping with it on but it is too noisy - I think all portable units are by their very nature. We turn it off when we're ready to go to sleep - the room is like an icebox. If you keep the windows SHUT, and the door, the room stays cool all night. It is fantastic, a good use of money and I wouldn't be without it. I have read some of the poor reviews - we haven't had a problem with regassing. Cannot get over the wifi comment - why would you want to connect your aircon machine to wifi??!!

Bought this on a recommendation but it is not a quiet air conditioning unit. Suppliers were great as the first unit did not work and they very quickly organised a replacement.
