This is essential if you like to have fresh limes on hand 24/7, but don't have time to always go to the market. Better than bottled lime juice IMO. Great in guacamole, on popcorn with chili powder, in rice, fresh pico, or my fave--- on watermelon. I also use this to balance out a flavored water if too sweet!

we love add lime flavor in a number of dishes. salsa, Yemeni red sauce/green sauce, chicken marinades for griddling, drinks. a touch of tart flavor for dessert. It's indispensable for us and works better than store bought lime juice, esp you can get a pretty strong flavor if you want, which is hard with lime itself. We order before our stock runs out.

Never have limes go brown and hard in the fridge again! I use this powder to replace lime juice in recipes. It is fantastic!!!!
