Material is thin with the texture of what I can only best describe as the material you'd expect to find on very thin swim trunks. The material began attempting to unravel quickly, but not overly unmanageable if you don't play with the edges too much before sewing or serging. I don't know if it would hold up to a washer, and don't think it would probably hold up to high winds outside, or rough use in general without some support layer being used too, but as my picture shows, it's water resistance capability is spot on and that makes it perfect for it's purpose. The color matched the description photo right on too.

Using it for cushions to protect the foam. Greta alternative.

Great for making baby bibs and burp clothes. Very easy to use.

If you're wanting a quality nylon, keep looking. This stuff is SO thin and cheap. It's actually useless as it falls apart. I tried interfacing it and it messed up my iron. Hard pass.

This is very very thin. At first I wasn’t sure it would work in the wet bags and changing mat I was making. It is, however, very durable. Sewed well. It even made a strong lining for the wet bag. For the changing mat, I used it as an interior layer. I did not think it was firm enough to be a stand-alone bottom layer.
