These noodles taste good. They cook in the advertised time, with a good texture. It is particularly nice that there are 4 separate nests of noodles in each package, making it easy to prepare only one or two portions at a time. The price is higher than some similar products; you get what you pay for.

They are a great substitute for rice in fried 'rice' recipes and a thousand times quicker to cook. This makes these noodles a good choice for quickcie meals. I like them so much I added a carton to subscribe and save so that I'll always have these in stock. A big plus they are organic!

These VEGAN noodles are the best! Add any sauce and you have a great meal.
