In order to wear this, it's inside-out no matter how you put it on. For the tag and the hooks to wear correctly, the seams are facing out, which are visible under clothes. To hide the seams and wear it inside out, the hooks/closure face the wrong way and are uncomfortable and leaves a flap of hooks an fabric sticking out below your chest where it connects.

I’m an older woman and my arms jiggle. I ordered this to help compress my upper arms. It definitely stops my shirts from being too tight on my arms. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day. Also, as an added bonus, it produces a slight tension across my back if I start to slouch forward while working which reminds me to correct my posture. This fits comfortably over my regular bra or my sports bra and under my cloths.

The product is decent overall and comfortable. I will be returning but only because the arms aren't long enough for me. The compression works well but does make the remainder of the arm bulge. Would work well for someone that needs just that upper portion covered (my fault for getting a short sleeve). Pretty true to size.

I got this because after weight loss my arms definatly have wings, and it can really bother me when working out or in certain outfits. I was worried that it wouldn't fit or be too tight as all things are on my arms... but it fits SO nicely! It's really stretchy and comfortable!! I will love to wear this while working out or wearing a body con dress.It's really cozy and worth the buy!

Wish it was more substantial around the under arms, as my bra shows if I wear this with a sleeveless dress or blouse (it looks cute underneath sleeveless garments but there's a danger of peeky-boo). I had to wear a black bra underneath, but even then, if I move my arm a certain way, my skin peeks out from between the various garments. If you are wearing it under a longer sleeved garment, you're totally safe. It really does help improve posture. The support feels great and my floppy, bat wing arm skin that sags in the breeze is hidden from the world. If the sleeve was an inch longer, it would be at my elbow and would show a bulge of flesh pooching out, but hey, it's better than before. (Recently lost a lot of weight, that's why my arms are like this.)
