I get migraines several times a month that usually last 2-3 days at a time and this has been a life saver for me. I swear it has helped reduce the length and severity of my migraines. I have the name brand one of these and this one works just as good for 1/4 of the price and the quality is just as good also.It is super cold when you first take it out of the freezer and can give you a brain freeze kind of feeling so I like to first put it on the back of my neck while it warms up a little (about 10 minutes) and then switch it to my head. It puts the perfect amount of pressure on your head while giving a nice cooling/soothing feeling to the pounding/pulsing going on in your head from the migraine or headache.I like having a few of these on hand so I can take turns rotating them in the freezer when the other ones need to be refrozen.

I have several ice/migraine caps and I really like this one. The compression is good and it retains the cold for a good amount of time. I keep it in the frig as the freezer makes it too cold for me. It really helps with my sinus and barometric induced headaches.

Soft and comfortable. Holds the cold. Only suggestion would be to be sure you put it in a zip lock bag in the freezer. If you don't it will have a freezer smell and this seems to prevent that.

I get headaches and migraines a few times a year and I prefer to be cold when I do. Previously, I used just the regular gel packs and would wrap them in a pillowcase. This thing is great because it covers your eyes and handa free. PROS: very soft and pliable, no smell, stays in place. CONS: a little heavy. I have a small head and not sure how it would fit those with bigger heads. I wish it would stay cold longer. Thus you may need to purchase a few if you want to swap with. Overall, good value for your money.

A life saver! I love that you don’t have to put it in the fridge for it to be cold. It’s got some weight to it which put the perfect pressure on your eyes.
