These have the effect on me the same as throwing a blanket over a bird cage- instant sleep. I won’t travel without a mask for weirdly lit hotels - and they block out the early morning light at home

These are the best sleep eye masks I’ve used. They are long lasting and washable. The block out all light but don’t lay flat against your face due to the shape of them.

It is completely blackout but I find it's not as soft as others I've had. It is still very good

I work nights and have tried various eye/sleep masks...unfortunately these are the worst ones ...the material is rough especially at the seams in the part which rests below eyes leaving marks...they are adjustable but do not block the light outSorry but it's a no from me
