I had to return this cane because it is too tall for my height, 5ft 2in. It is truly beautiful.I did run into a problem with Amazon giving me my refund back. The received it back July 22, it was dropped off July 15th. But it was showing it was received but no refund given to payment method yet. I went through 5 employees trying to get this resolved. I came away empty handed. It was horrible!But this was all on Amazon, not the vender. Really disappointed in Amazon!

I don't get all the hate in other reviews...it's solid wood with a nice, glossy black finish. They probably can't advertise as a SW Palpatine cane, but it's close. I had to trim it because it is tall, that's how I know it's solid wood! Unless you're 6' or taller you'll need to cut the tip to size it, but that's easy to do.

I am very young and I’ve had needed a walker for a while. I had a couple of cans and I haven’t gotten anything that good. This is the smoothest, nicest cane I’ve ever seen and own. I would recommend to get it as the wood it’s made from is solid, and it has a very polished and smoothed finish. Very helpful and very elegant.

Cane looks nice, and seems sturdy BUT the website description is wrong.. the actual length is 36.5” and NOT 34.6” as listed.The cane was too tall for me and I had to return it.

Overall, I really like the look of this cane. However, it has a number of issues based on the description. It is supposed to be actual ebony wood, and supposedly mahogany stained. Since ebony it black, I don't know how you could stain it mahogany that is reddish. The cane appears to have a heavy, shiny coat of black paint, not stain. The tip shows exposed bare wood and it is much lighter than real ebony, so I have no idea what the actual wood is. It is quite light, but too long for the stated heights in the description. I'm 5'8" and it should come up to one's wrist. I'll have to remove about 3". Shorter users will need even more. I also didn't like the yellow cane tip included either. A small-sized matching black tip would have made much more sense I'd think. Not recommended at this price level.

Winner. Looks like wood but very light. Not weight bearing. Pimp cane. Great for fashion. Ideal for costumes or daily use. Recommended.

As the other reviewers stated, this is a heavy ebony cane. I am obsessed with canes ever since my stroke (which will never get better). I find I can use this cane going to an doctor's appointment, but can't use this in the house or when taking garbage out. It is too heavy, but this will work. Glad I got it.
