Great product, good value, easy to assemble & well made

I bought the frame to replace a Dunelm version that collapsed and broke with one overnight shower. The apex of this one looks less strong than the Dunelm so wouldn't leave it erected even in average wind/rain but it is so easy to erect/take down. The horizontal frame is about 5 foot 7 off the floor and hidden behind the top cloth so taller people catch their head when entering!

The gazebo is easy to put up, provided the instructions are followed in order and at least 2 people construct it. Pegs and stays are provided but it’s better to add more if it’s windy. Sides are easy to add or remove with plenty of Velcro and definitely helped to protect us from the cold easterly wind. The 3m gazebo was just the right size for three couples, socially distanced, a couple of heaters and a food table. The sides fold easily into their separate bags and the main frame with cover go, with a bit of persuasion, into a large carrying bag. Great for occasional use but wouldn’t recommend leaving it fully constructed for more than a couple of days, especially in a breeze

I have had trouble with a gazebo frame before as it’s easy to put too much strain on it when putting it up or taking it down. I was careful with this as it seemed a little light. It is easy use partly because it’s light. Very pleased with this frame and especially for the price.

Firstly i will be open with the fact my first issue is due to high winds and they've directed me toward the product description stating this isn't covered for damage. So why am i annoyed with this aspect.1) their representative was really nice initially, sending me pictures to get product numbers, being polite, saying no worries, etc making me believe i could get 2 small parts, i thought, for free. Then wanting to charge £16 for two approx 12 inch pieces of cheap metal tubing that had become damaged.2) not many customers read every part of a products information and certainly not every word of any pamphlets that come with it so i missed this but surely a gazeebo is subject to winds even when unexpected such as in warmer seasons etc. To simply give no fee support under warranty for these, with this type of product is poor.Second is the side panels are quite poor fitting due to the finish quality of the velcro. Some bring sewn on upside down meaning folding it over to secure etc. Some not being long enough for the pole they're meant to secure to. Also the outside corner covers that are elasticated and should attach to the bottom covering the gap, they aren't taught enough and let go too easily.Overall i feel let down whether they cover this is the description or not. It's isn't a cheap item and we only just bought it in July but due to unexpected high winds it's snapped in two places.

This is our third gazebo ,we like the make of this ,had another off this company about 3 year ,they are good quality material .like the extra features of the sand bags that come with it has standard . We use it for our lay z spa so don’t use the pegs for the ground because it’s on a concrete base . Overall these gazebos are worth the money .The first one was a green bay ,we used it for two years .Last year got a different make ,wouldn’t make the same choice again . Definitely Green Bay from now on

Good value for money and very sturdiness structure..

I brought this new frame as precious gazebo with frame and fabric Came down in the winds after only 10 days!! The company who I brought this from were the most unhelpful,customer service atrocious! So to save my sanity looked on line found this one, was so much easier to erect and has stayed put during the high winds and rain we have had during the past weeks. Have already spoken to other people about how good this product is and very good value for money.
