Oh. My. Gosh.I remember back when "crystal hair erasers" came out into the mainstream more, not too terribly long ago, and I seriously considered ordering one then. The realist in my mind said no. This is a scam.But LET me tell you, I am so incredibly pleasantly surprised by this. Oh my goodness, is this thing awesome! There are a couple of caveats, but first... The way this really does just seem to "erase" the hair is pretty incredible! I waited a few days without shaving my legs before trying this out. The hair was not too long at that point, and this just buffed the hairs right out. On top of that, it also exfoliates the skin and leaves it feeling INCREDIBLY soft and smooth. There's no tightness like there is sometimes with a shave. It's just smooth and supple.Another fantastic thing is that it just washes right up. If I notice that I've been using it for a bit and it's not doing as good a job as it normally does, I just run it under the faucet for a minute, and then pat it dry, and it's right back to working like it's brand new. I love this little hair eraser!The only "cons" that I've noticed are that it doesn't work as quickly on hair that's very long. A few days out from a shave, fine, but otherwise it takes quite a bit longer to buff the hair away if it's long. The other thing is that it doesn't work particularly well on coarse hair - even if that coarse hair is short. I should say that it does EVENTUALLY work, but it also overworks the skin a little bit and can leave your skin feeling like you just rubbed sandpaper all over your face (looking at you, mini mustache).Over all, though, I definitely recommend this. If you've been thinking about trying a hair eraser like this, definitely give this one a try!

I've seen things like this before and tried them but never had any luck. I honestly didn't have high expectations for it but thought I would give it a shot. I thought it would be a gritty stone or something but it is nothing like I thought. It's glass like feel but feels prickly when you rub your finger over it. Kind of hard to explain but I was actually nervous it would cut me. I gave it a shot though and I was absolutely surprised that after just a couple circular motions very lightly on my fore arm and next thing you know I'm looking at a little bald spot on my arm. And it was painless! I was like "no way!!!". So I ran to the bathroom to try it out on my legs. 20 minutes later and my legs were completely hairless. And not only were they hairless but they were the smoothest and softest they have ever been. This thing literally "erased" the hair while at the same time exfoliating my legs. Next I tried it on my feet. I love being barefoot but I also like having pretty and soft feet so I have to do upkeep on my feet to keep callouses from building up. This little magic device once again exceeded my expectations. It quite literally erased every last rough patch on my foot no problems. Ten minutes later I put some lotion on and my feet were the softest I have felt in a long time. I'm so impressed.So for anyone looking to get this. Just give it a shot! It may surprise you. Is it going to get you hairless as quick as a razor in the shower would? No. So if that's what your looking for this won't help you. But what it will do is make your legs so freakin smooth you'll be rubbing your legs on every soft surface like it's your first time shaving. And if you miss any spots in the shower this will help. Or if you need to shave but don't feel like showering this will definitely get the job done. I did see where one of the reviews said it left white powdery residue behind. Well obviously it's going to do that because it's basically sanding the hair away while exfoliating your skin so what's left behind is your dead skin cells and essentially powdered hair. I just get a warm wash cloth and run it over my leg after and voila! Gone. Then time for lotion. Seriously just give it a shot. I definitely recommend it!

Not even my very fine hair. Well, I've wondered about these for years, now I know.I did manage to irritate my skin, under that fine hair. But when I was only exfoliating, and being careful to make those little circles very lightly, it did leave my skin very soft and smooth. I've seen similar items on Amazon marketed as "callus remover", I suspect it would be better at that than at removing hair.It does look kind of cool, I like how lightweight the item is, and the shape, very easy to hold. It is quick and easy to clean after use, as claimed. For me, it is pricey as an exfoliator, and the shower brush I use every day is sufficiently exfoliating, but for someone who spends a lot of time and energy on such things, and likes having tools for that , it could be worth it.
