I've been taking this supplement for a few months now. Started off with taking just one a day, by the end of the first month I was hooked. Every night before taking these, my feet would kill me. The tingling and nerve sensitivity would drive me crazy. It took about a month for all that to subside. As long as I remember to take it three times a day I feel that my blood sugar is doing well. I have a six month check up soon so I will know if it's truly working or not. I even got my mother taking this. She has neuropathy in her feet. It helps her feet calm down at night as well.As for side effects, I'm loving the fact that it's curbed my hunger cravings. I don't snack like I use to, which is great to help me lose weight.It's definitely worth it to try.

I had to find an alternative, which led me to Berberine. This brand claimed to be one of the most highly concentrated Berberine products on the market, boasting an astonishing purity level of 97%.Even though this brand doesn't claim to help you lose weight or reduce appetite, I decided to give this brand a chance based on what I've read about Berberine, the product description, and the reviews.At first, I was skeptical because I've tried other supplements that claim to reduce appetite with little success. I started taking Berberine and honestly, I'm not the best at consistently taking supplements as I tend to forget. This one requires taking one capsule three times a day, but I initially started with just one. I wasn't the most disciplined with taking them, but I did notice some changes in my cravings.

Trying to eliminate Metformin, so I tried the Berberine supplement. Kinda works, but my BS is better controlled on Metformin. I do not take any insulin and using Metformin my BS is well controlled. I was trying to avoid the long term side effects of Metformin with something natural. Berberine may work, but I will try a different brand as these pills do not work well for me.

Very good product for the money. Easy to swallow, helps to lower glucose and sweet cravings.

I love the combination in this formula, all good quality ingredients and they were part of my weight-loss diet plan earlier this year (goal achieved, on time!). However, I continue to take 1 cap daily for maint as it’s good stuff. It’s not cheap, but it’s a little better with Subscribe & Save!

My concerns are its made fir Vitamin Earth but doesnt say where the products are actually from. And when I look up Vitamin Earth LLC I dont find it anywhere. Ouch???
