Q: Can this be used for neck curve restoration?

It can definitely help and it will improve posture and strengthen the cervical region. However, head harness is mostly used for static holds not cervical extensions. One of my favorite exercises with the Active Posture is the standing tall. Simply put the head harness on and stand up straight. You can feel the activation on the muscles from the neck to the lumbar region.
