I needed a case to dispose my blood sugar needles fast and this actually did the job. I did accidentally close it too far (Stupid me). This thing didn't budge and I was crying (a little) but I actually managed to get it open by lifting the lid slightly (it was a miracle).Please be careful not to close it all the way like I did.

The right size for purse or backpack. It clicks between close and lock so needles don't fall out. Took this on 2 week vacation. Enough room for test strips and lancets. I check my sugar 3 times a day.

Don't expect to be able to insert many syringes, I have started breaking off the teeny needles into the container and throwing away the syringes.However, for just a few days away when you need something to store used syringes (1cc max) these work well.

Easy to travel with, it very big so if you inject 3 times a day and going to be gone for a while I recommend taking two. They don’t take up a lot of space so it’s doable.

Item is as described,the partial lock feature to use before it's filled to capacity has worked without any issues, nothing falls out when partially locked,and the permanent lock worked fine as well once the container filled to max line level.
