I’ve appreciated everything I’ve go from this brand. I’ve gotten everything that Dr Davis recommends but through this brand and they work perfectly. The sibo yogurt is the most incredible, tasty yogurt. I can only do a max of 12 hours for this yogurt before it starts to separate.

Bacillus subtilis is a good citizen of the microbiome in your gut. It plays well with the other beneficial microbes and pumps out vitamin K2, a very important vitamin that has benefits to cardiovascular and bone health. Strong results with this product. Hair and nails grow noticeably faster while taking, and helps reduce IBS symptoms. It may help with my immune system, because I've not had a cold in years, ::fingers crossed::.

I've been using it in addition to other cultures to culture milk into yogurt. It does not work by itself to do the job and I use it as a healthy addition to grow in the milk culture as it's reportedly good for the immune system!

The capsules became very hard. Couldn’t use this to ferment yogurt.

I'm 5 stars for Vitacost’s customer service. My purchase came open. The safety seal was opened and I was afraid to use the product for fear it had been tampered with. I notified Amazon who directed me to the Vitacost customer service email. I sent an email on Sunday morning at around 5 am. By Monday morning I had a reply. I sent the information they needed about my issue and they sent out a new bottle the same day.As for the Bacilus Subtilus I ordered I haven't had a chance to use it yet. But I have ordered from Vitacost before and have always found their products to be quality!Will continue to order from them. Thank you, Vitacost.😎
