I suggest superfeet insoles. Make sure you choose your arch height correctly. Very important. They run a little big, I downsized from 11.5 to 11. They’ve got good cushion, my feet don’t feel wrecked after long days, and I’ve even used them for a few hikes — solid grip and stable without being heavy. Overall, they’re lightweight, durable, and versatile. If you’re on your feet a lot or need boots that can handle both work and the outdoors, these are worth it. Best boot right out of the box no break in needed.
My husband loves these!! Says most comfortable boot he has ever put on straight out of the box. No break in time needed. He's on pair 3 and insists on this boot when it's time to replace a pair. We own a gym. He works out everyday, wears them to work out in and uses the worn out ones to work in. It would be wonderful if they were a tad less expensive but he seems not to care. I'm the frugal one. Thanks for a great product.

These are the best boots for working on your feet all day. These are very durable, light weight, but super supportive. No foot pain after working 16 hour shifts. Not to mention they are stylish! Worth every dime.
