This is perfect for the Jurassic Park fan, if only for the amber at the end of the handle. On top of that, it's a quality umbrella.

I really really love this umbrella but it broke the first day I used it. I propped it up against a wall and it fell breaking off the fabulous plastic “amber encased insect” that makes this umbrella so adorable. I’m hoping it can be easily fixed with a little super glue.

As a Jurassic Park fan I was super excited to get this umbrella. The look of it alone was fantastic, including the bottom egg shaped mosquito in the Amber decoration. The size is excellent and I was so shocked that the quality and how excellent it is. It's very easy to use, opening and closing is a breeze especially when you're in the rain and in a hurry!! It has a great heavy duty quality to it and the look alone is a conversation piece everywhere I Go. The material is durable and doesn't leak at all. I highly recommend getting this unique gift for any of the Jurassic Park lovers or dinosaur lovers in your family. As a long-time fan of Jurassic Park, I was thrilled to come across this themed umbrella, complete with a mosquito encased in amber just like John Hammond’s cane in the original film. I love how the mosquito’s inclusion has been integrated into such a functional item. Unlike many pop culture branded items that sometimes lack in quality, this umbrella is surprisingly well-made. The sturdy construction ensures practical usability rather than just being an item ‘on display.’ I also appreciate the Jurassic Park logo, which is displayed on both sides of the umbrella as well as the sleeve it comes in. What an exciting piece of memorabilia! A must-have for hardcore collectors. My only wish would be for the mosquito to have been a 3D replica, but the 2D works well enough for me.

Seems to be a sturdy well built umbrella. The sort that would normally cost about $20. But you pay a little extra for this awesome John Hammond umbrella. The Jurassic Park log is on both sides of the umbrella and looks good. The umbrellas comes in it's own sleeve that also bears the Jurassic Park logo. The crème de la crème of it's features is the mosquito trapped in amber. It's not a real insect, only a 2D solid black image of one, which is just fine with me. This would go down as an awesome gift for anyone who loves JP.

Very cool umbrella. My only complaint is that the insect in “resin” isn’t 3D. It’s just a flat image. It would have been nice had they gone the extra mile to make it 3D.Works well. But for the price I’m disappointed in the details.
