I need something pretty strong to tame my very straight hair, and this works well, doesn't weigh my hair down or look messy, and it smells good. I can comb or brush it all day and it still holds well.

I have used this product before. It’s mainly for men but works just as well on me.

This thing is great. Not too firm but not too soft like moose. Great paste, similar to wax.

Product itself is terrific: great texture, great hold. However, I do smell like a 13-year-old boy who has discovered Axe body spray. It’s pungent.

Wonderful hold and styling. Great for men and womenl my husband uses it for his beard while i use it for my hair. Love it!

Handles like a bit more of a pomade vs American Crew forming cream, which very much has a slight gel feel to it. Smells amazing, like a subtle men's fragrance. I prefer it much more than American Crew forming cream. I have medium length hair and what I really like is how natural this product is. Not very shiney at all. The hold can be as light as you want or heavier, depending on how much you use. I wouldn't say it can hold as hard as Muk or similar paste products, but if you are looking for a forming cream that smells great, washes clean, and has a very natural look and medium hold, this is a really hard product to beat. For reference, I have used: American crew forming cream Muk paste (orange) Burly fellow styling putty Every old spice product (paste, cream, pomade) This product works the best for me out of all of these.

The product itself is fine. It does what it purports to do, namely, makes my hair a little bit more likely to stay in place. I would just caution anyone who is sensitive to scents, as it seems I am, as the scent in this product is extremely powerful, to the point of being overwhelming. It is that traditional “man” Sandalwood kind of smell. It reminds me of the scent used in old speed stick Deodorants. It’s not unpleasant, exactly, but it’s too strong, at least for me.
