Bought this watch a Christmas present for our 7-year-old daughter. She plays on our street and often goes to her friend's houses within a few doors away. I wanted something where I could get in touch with her for peace of mind and knowing she could contact us to at any moment.The watch is really cute and looks and feels quality. We purchased a giffgaff sim for 99p. From my research, ALL giffgaff sims work on 2g phones and are all gsm so I this is what we bought.As for set up.....Well there are many helpful instructions within the reviews here BUT they seemed a little confusing and I wanted to find someone who I could watch set one up.I found a video on YouTube titled - Q90 Kids Smart Watch Tracker SOS by a YouTube channel called Scooby Rolla. Thank god for this video I easily set up the watch and had it all working and set up ready for Christmas day. I now know how to use it too and my daughter has quickly learned how to use it.One thing I will add which is quite a handy tip is to get your child to give you one or two rings off the watch if they need you so you can call them back to save the credits on the sim card.It has been two days and it is fantastic! She calls us and leaves us voice messages and I can call her and just check she is ok and more importantly let her know when it is meal time (saves me walking up and down the street banging on doors as all parents will know too well)... I love the tracking features and setting up the security fence. There are loads of helpful features on the app and we run this on one IOS device and one ANDROID and they both work well.I was not aware of all the cool features but to watch them on YouTube and see them in action has allowed us to get the most out of the watch. Absolutely fantastic value for money. And as others have said if you set it up correctly with the right sim you should not have any problems.It is very comfortable on our daughter's little 7-year-old wrist and could easily be smaller and larger so should all kids easily and comfortably.Love it very happy! Just take the time to set it up correctly and it will be something as a parent you won't want your child to be without.

Had the watch for a few days and have installed the app on my phone. The call feature is pretty good and only having the watch call what numbers you put in is also really good. Not having games preinstalled is a great plus in my view as well.When inside the app on the phone may suggest the watch has left the geofence you set up when thats not the case.The one let down that is a design fault is that the wrist strap is already failing after just few days. So I will be replacing the strap with a heavy duty one. So 4 stars due to that. otherwise, fine.UPDATE:its been a month or two since purchased.. Well, The watch was a bit of a pain to set up, but once set up is pretty good. We are unsure if its waterproof so we have been careful just in case. Unfortunately its been a couple of months and the watch speaker no longer works, it makes beeping sounds but she cant hear what we say, its just silent. Which is a bit useless. Apart from that, the tracking location is pretty pants. It often tells me she is a couple of miles away when we are sitting down eating a meal. ( I have geo fences set up so I get notifications) If I ever need to use the GPS tracking in an emergency, I could tell the police where she was within 2 miles... Not helpful in our densely populated town of 150,000 people.Lastly, The strap broke in the first week. I replaced it with a better quality one from ebay, that did the trick. If you buy this, just be prepared for it to be bloody useless.

For the price and what it does this gets 5 Stars. I only give it 4 Stars because I had a few issues with the set up. However don't let this put you off because 9Tong are really helpful and will give swift response to emails. I had issues with the Sim Card at first. You need a 2G SIM card, the issue is that lots of the cards say 2G, 3G, & 4G but the one we got still didn't wok. In the end we got a GiffGaff card because the other reviews recommened them, which sorted the problem. We brought 2 watches because we didn't want to have issues with charging. There are several apps that the watch works with. I would strongly recommend the one called Find My Kids which costs a few pounds but works really well. When the location is established using GPS it is really accurate. When the watch is indoors or has no GPS signal it uses LBS which is a location using the Loacal network. The issue is that it's not at all accurate., but you can turn LBS off. All in all great produce once it's setup. I definitely recommend it, but if you get issues contact 9Tong, they care about their product and really will helpful. I also think the vice messaging is a really good feature.

Don’t expect much from this watch as the quality is adequate to the low price. The connection between the app and the watch often failed for no fair reason. Had to return.P.S. The calls though were successful most of the time.

Lo compre porque entre mis amigos ya lo tenían dos niños y no ha defraudado. Funciona correctamente, la batería dura unos 3 días y la aplicación es bastante sencilla. Lo único tener en cuenta que al meter la SIM (yo use SIMYO) antes teneis que ponerla en un móvil y en el apartado de seguridad quitarle el pin para que al meterla en el teléfono la identifique. POR AHORA, MUY BUENA COMPRA

Mi dispiace di non poter, per il momento, fare una giusta recensione. Ho regalato l’orologio acquistato e non ho ancora alcun feedback da parte della bimba che lo ha ricevuto.Spero di poterlo fare in futuro.

El reloj es fácil de usar e indica bastante bien la localización. El problema es la batería que dura como mucho unas 10h, asi que no me resultó práctico.

Para que el reloj funcione y se configure he tenido que enviar un montón de sms con coste. El reloj es poco intuitivo. No funciona el botón de apagado, pero sobre todo la precisión de localización es muy baja. Sirve para tener un área controlada, pero no la ubicación precisa. Correa rota con menos de dos meses de uso.
