Beware buyers these are very small at only 6 ounces each. Normally I buy the two pack at a little over 13 ounces each but thinking a 3 pack would be better to have on hand I purchased these. Well besides it being my own fault for not noticing the ounces on these, I really, really like this product. My sister told me about it.I had a concern about it being a seed oil which is getting negative feedback now but from reading this is not made from the seed so it is not a seed oil.I really appreciate the convenience and lack of mess using this oil and hopefully it is healthier than much of what's out there.The heating point is 500 degrees so that makes it even more useful. I will continue to buy it but next time I'll get the larger size option.

Chosen Foods is one of my fav vegan brands.After many years of enjoying Chosen's avocado-based mayo I finally checked what other products they offered and purchased the pure avacado cooking oil.I don't use oil much but the few times I have provided a slight but delicious enhancement to the food itself.Would def recommend giving Chosen a try!

Low calorie, great cost, easy to use just a quick spray, and tastes like normal coconut oil, and oil. it lasts for so long.

Works great without adding a lot of extra chemicals like PAM

Tasty and easy to use. A bit expensive but if you’re trying to limit oil consumption the spray is the way to do it.
