Great product! Taste great and I can already see an increase in my milk supply !!

I didn't have much expectations from these as usually healthy snacks can taste like cardboard but these are really tasty and have helped me with my milk production. They taste like oatmeal cookies but with either chocolate chip or blueberry. Has hints of cinnamon too, not too sweet but still tastes like a cookie. I'd buy these again

They work but they taste a little weird. I think it is the fenugreek, but otherwise they did work for me. I had a low milk supply and the bars worked in about a day for me. I went from producing 1oz in 15min to 3oz.

Delicious.. my favorite is the blueberry muffin. A little expensive but seems worth it this far.. my milk supply seems to have improved after a week or so of wearing one a day. Overall good quality and would but again.

Love these! Waking up regularly to pump and in the middle of the night these are just what you need for a pickmeup to hold you over till breakfast. I used this with multiple other products to increase milk supply so hard to say what did it but regardless these taste great ans great ingredients for breastfeeding/pumping mommas!

I liked the flavor but did not see a change in my milk supply. Very expensive snack to not get the expected results lol

The media could not be loaded. A lot of people left a bad review saying it have a bad taste but I think those people are just used to eating twinkies and drinking diet Pepsi because these bars taste great. They taste like actual food. The consistency is not as thick as other protein bars I've had. Like One bar and Complete cookie. This bar is not as thick and gross as those. I honestly think they are better than Complete cookie and One bar. I've only eaten 2 bars so far 1 yesterday and 1 today. This morning when I woke up my breasts felt different? Like bigger but not engorged. And more squishy. I think my supply increased a little bit. I got 1 more oz than I normally do after feeding my lil baby when we woke up. I slept through my middle of the night pump. I'll report back if my supply increases. If I remember. I think it's helping though. I already have an over supply and I'm trying to get more milk. So we'll see.Yel it works. I got 2oz extra then normal on the last pump

Great flavors. Idk about how much they help with upping my supply. But they are great for snacks 😋
