I have two of these now I ordered a large and I weigh 160 pounds. They fit nicely I have the white and the black. I truly believe they’re helping me as I lose weight to keep my skin tight. They definitely work. You look totally sinner when you’re wearing them. It’s a great value for the money

After giving birth I was looking for a waist trainer that would give me support, easy to put on and to wash.

Me encantó este corsé. Se ajusta muy bien a la cintura, recoge el abdomen y es cómodo para usar debajo de la ropa. La tela es firme pero a la vez transpirable, no molesta ni se enrolla. Lo uso para el gimnasio y también para el día a día, y de verdad marca la cintura

Compré esta faja con grandes expectativas, pero lamentablemente no fue cómoda para mí. Las varillas que tiene la faja me molestaban mucho al usarla, lo que hacía difícil mantenerla puesta por períodos prolongados. El material se siente resistente y el diseño es bonito, pero el ajuste resulta incómodo. Podría funcionar para otras personas, pero en mi caso no fue recomendable.

I really like this binder after having abdominplasty with muscle repair. Definitely SIZE UP! The only complaint I have is after wearing this 24 7 for the last 2 days, I was able to go from the 1st set of hooks to the middle set but the velcro belts are still way too tight! The straps need to be made longer to make this much more effective. I am currently using 1 of 3 band belts from another set to get the true snug fit needed for healing and to hide the straps on this band from hanging out the back of my shirt.

I got a size small I weigh 136 and I am 5 feet tallFirst it’s very comfortable on your hips I love it so much, nothing is poking or scratching me this is just an amazing product I recommend it, plus it makes your hips looks so nice, I know the middle part is exposed but I was too lazy to cover it

I purchased this waste trainer as I had lost a lot of pounds and wanted to help tighten up my midsection. It’s like a corset with little loops and pins that you have to hook together parts of that can be a little bit difficult and sometimes you need someone to help you. I purchased a size that was just a tad bit too small and I have to have help getting into it. I don’t like the feel of the material on my skin so I have to put it over a thin shirt and then have help hooking it. It fits extremely snug and when it’s on, it looks great! The quality of the material is very top-of-the-line. It’s very functional and also gives you some back support. I have noticed a difference in my waist. I do have the curvature now and it has helped by tightening up the skin and making me feel better about my body. I highly recommend it and the only reason why I gave it four stars was because I don’t care for the feel of the material on my skin. I have some very sensitive skin. But other than that, I would have given it five stars. If you’re looking to trim your waist down or make yourself feel better by holding everything in this is the item for you. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend it.
