Better than some supplements
Decent price point for the amount, it tastes like a sweet condensed black tea with a bit of an odd aftertaste. Packaged well and sealed properly upon arrival, quality seems good. Not sure how well it’s worked but supply did go up after about 2 weeks of taking so I’d say it’s working. Dropper is a bit finnicky to dose properly but it gets the job done. Not the easiest dropper I’ve used but better than some. Had a bit of stomach weirdness for a few days after starting but it quickly subsided.

IDK
This is very misleading. The description and pictures on amazon say this is for lactation, for nursing mom, and to boost your milk supply. When I received it, the box said that pregnant nor nursing women should use it. So I'm confused here. I only used it once because I am scared to use it everyday if it has that warning. The one day I did use it, I didn't see much difference to be honest. It may obviously take one day to work but like I said it is very miss leading and I don't want to risk my supply as I exclusively breastfeed, I don't even pump. It is not worth the risk. Unless this is a mistake the packaging that the seller has to clear up, I don't recommend this unless you speak to a professional.

Don't notice a huge difference, but some
So, plenty of people have said the label is confusing because it says warnings about pregnant or nursing women. I contacted the company and this is what they had to say: "The disclaimer stating "not for pregnant or nursing women" is a standard precautionary measure and is included to encourage individuals in these situations to consult with their healthcare provider before using the product. It's important to ensure that any supplement or herbal remedy is compatible with an individual's unique health circumstances. Goat's Rue is indeed recognized for its potential to support lactation and milk supply. However, each individual's health and body may react differently to supplements, and it is always advisable to seek guidance from a healthcare professional, especially during pregnancy or while nursing. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific health conditions, ensuring the safety and well-being of both you and your baby."So, talk to your doctor and see if he/she thinks there might be a reason why this won't be okay for you to take. The flavor is fine. It's easy to mix into any liquid and therefore easy to take. The dropper works well to measure out the dosage as well. I'm happy enough with it. I hope with more use, I will see a bigger difference, but anything helps!

Has somenatural plant extracts that I feel I need.
I take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night. These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA.I recommend to look for this statement or one like it in any product you select:“American Quality: Proudly manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA, our supplements or vitamins undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure consistency and safety. Our products are meticulously manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and undergo rigorous third-party lab testing to ensure their safety and efficacy. We are confident in the quality of our products and are committed to addressing any concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.”

Taste like sweet tea
Taste like EXTRA extra sweet tea to me I have blended in my teas and taste nothing. I'm a new mom so keeping up my milk supply is important but I've noticed the label say not for nursing so I'm kind of confused on what it's for if I need to pump but shouldn't. I'm always willing to take the natural route when it comes to me and my baby so knowing it's vegan was a great plus and why I chose this but I haven't noticed a difference in production it just taste really good but I need it to do more than just that.

Tastes good, does make you puffy
I got this because I thought I might be pregnant. The warnings against using if pregnant was confusing. I tried it anyway; the taste was pretty good and my boobs definitely felt puffier like they do before my period. I can't testify as to whether it will result in lactation but clearly it does something.I just think the company needs to revamp their ingredient labels!
