No way I’m already feeling horrible about myself I am a M in cloths around 9stone and this didn’t even touch the sides was so excited to receive it today couldn’t even wrap it round half my stomach !!! So sad was expecting this to for as iv always got M in other trainers total waste of money will be sending back!

I love It. The first time I tried it on, I thought maybe I bought the wrong size. But the next day, I noticed it stretched and now it is a bit too big. I will buy another one but two sizes smaller. Very comfortable, doesn’t ride up, wore it all day. Love it. Great quality

I'm about 5'10, 240-230 pounds. I was excited about this project, since I have some issues regarding my shape. I fit into a large shirt, but seeing some reviews saying that the product was too small I sized up to a XL IT DID NOT HELP!! The clips clipped,but the zipper kept unlatching itself and simply wouldn't stay together- as for some reason they made the zippers fabric shorter than that of the clasps. MEANING IT WON'T CLOSE AROUND YOUR BELLY!! still determined to make it work, I cut off the zipper part and made do with the clasps. HOWEVER- IF YOU SIT, the product causes your stomach to fold in a painful way at the bottom of your ribs. AND ALSO- if you're a taller girl like me, it won't even cover your torso. All around, it was obviously made for skinny girls despite being a product for bigger individuals. HUGE waste of money. Don't buy, it'll only worsen body image issues.

This waist trainer fits well and helps keep the abdomen firmer under clothing, especially after delivery. The hook and zipper make it easy to put it on and take it off, and I don't feel too much uncomfortable pressure when I use it for moderate periods. It's not a miracle solution, but it does give a little more support and form when I wear it.

Wore this waist trainer twice, I do not recommend, do not waste your money on this product. The seam somehow ripped.
