I love this. It keeps my coffee hot for a very long time. I work 10 hours a day on a computer and I get so busy and forget to drink my coffee sometimes, but it is always hot when I do finally pick it up. Easy to clean and holds quite a bit. I will definitely be using it every day this winter. My office stays very cold in the winter so it is nice to have a mug that actually keeps my coffee hot longer than most.

The media could not be loaded.  I had the old version of this mug and I wanted so bad to try the new lid, spoiler alert the new lid is pure fire! It's thick but lightweight, it's spill proof, I fill my cup with hot coffee and I put in my bag and never ever have an spill, also the color and pattern it's classy and I must say the mug feels more sturdy and well made in comparison with the old version, also this new version keeps my beverages hot for more time. I could say it keeps my coffee hot for almost 5 hours vs the old version that keep it hot for 3 hours.Also if you are wondering the new lid fits the old version mug BUT leaks, it's like the new lid doesn't close completely on the old version mug.Also the left handed feature actually works like a charm I can put the lid for both sides of the mug and I found it very useful.A little con that I have experienced with the lid is that it keeps the odors and taste of the bevarages, mine smells like coffee all the time even when I have washed it very carefully with good soap, it's that kind of plastic that surely keeps odors,for me it's not big deal cause I use it mainly for coffee and if I'm drinking other beverages I use it without the lid and the mug doesn't keeps taste or odors just the lid.The other thing I have to say it's that my old version mug fell 2 times with little damage but the third time the handle broke, with that I only can say it is resistant but not for a very hard use, if you're looking for a sturdy handle and hard use maybe this is not the best option, but for a normal everyday use it works like a charm.

I've used every thermal mug and cup on the market. Some are fine some are bad but this brand is the best I've ever used. It actually keeps my tea so hot that I have to take off the lid temporarily to cool it to drinking temperature. Many of the others mighty gets cold so quickly that I end up reheating it over and over but not with this mug.
