They were charged as soon as I received the package. Within an hour both batteries were charged and ready to use. They were recognized by the camera without problem. Worked dfine.

Very good value. Battery life last long. USB charging. (I use an ext battery pack to recharge on site)

I have not used the batteries yet, only charged them. This review may be premature. The charge through a fairly slow USB cord that is supplied but no charger. I didn't check their state of charge before plugging them in but they sat on the charger for at least three hours. I was expecting to plug the charge into a 120v outlet and maybe an hour or so charge time. They showed two hours and 39 minutes play time when I connected the battery to my Canon Vivian HF G21 which I am happy with. I cannot verify that is the recording time the battery gives me. If they fall significantly short I will try to update my post. All in all I am satisfied. Very good price!!

Product is very well constructed and performs way above average. I have used this product in the past and I just needed an additional unit. An excellent endorsement is in order.

Bought this for my canon camcorder and after 2 years it’s been working fine and The battery is almost just as good as the official one

I have $169 Canon BP-828s for my two Canon XA15 cameras. I was looking for cheaper backups and an off-camera charger and that brought me to this BM Premium package that contained both. I was a bit hesitant about the price of $69.99. But I tried it. Amazing. TWO BM BP-828 batteries AND a charger. I just finished a test of a fully charged BM 828 battery that ran the camera on recording until the battery died. That was 3 hours and 32 minutes of .mp4 video. I can't say what the dependability of this cheaper battery will be over time, but here at the jump, this package seems an incredible value.

These batteries do not seat properly in canon camcorders. Poor fitment. Looses connection when handling camera. Missed a shot of a lifetime for a client.

First and foremost - these batteries worked perfectly with the cameras. These batteries were purchased for use at a dance recital held in an auditorium. We use multiple cameras in several locations. In prior years we ran power cords that needed to be taped down for safety purposes. These batteries and charger allowed the recording without the need for power cords. Much safer and saved a lot of time.

I tried both of these batteries on two different Canon XA20 cameras. Neither would work. At all.

This will be a short and sweet review. I mean really, how much can you say about batteries? The batteries are supposed to support a wide range of canon cameras. In my case I was looking for batteries for the XA series of cameras. I have an XA11 and XA25, which are both supposed to be supported. However, the circuitry built into the batteries does not work with the older XA25. Newly charged batteries show 180+ minutes on the XA11, but only 35 minutes on the XA25. My take away from this is do not use these batteries on older Canon cameras.
