This docking station checks every box for me. The connectivity is excellent, with enough ports to handle all of my devices without needing additional hubs. It supports dual monitors with no lag or resolution issues, and everything connects smoothly. The functionality is solid and reliable, whether I'm transferring files, connecting accessories, or using external displays.The power supply is strong and consistent. It charges my laptop efficiently even while running multiple devices, which is exactly what I needed for a clean and simplified setup. Works great, but the power cord they supply is very short and limit where it can sit. I wish they make the power cord longer or give us options. Otherwise it is very compact and easy to use.

Very easy to use. So far no issues with functionality or connectivity. Lots of ports and good value for the money.

Really liked this unit for the first day. Worked as advertised. However, now it works inconsistently. The monitors will connect, disconnect, sometimes reconnect and sometimes not reconnect. Unit gets warm and now is making a high pitch squealing sound. I would look elsewhere for a docking station. This one has issues.Update: Customer service reached out to assist with the issues. They were very responsive and helpful with correcting my problems. I am updating my review after they helped.

EDIT: If you read the rest of the review, you'll see I initially liked this hub. It was my "travel hub" and mostly sat in my laptop bag due to pandemic. Used it a couple times, worked great. After sitting in the bag for 6 months or so, pulled it out and it works, but no sound over HDMI. Contacted the seller, they were very responsive, and sent me a new one, so points for that. But the new one is even worse, no sound AND NO PICTURE over HDMI. Didn't even bother to test the rest of the ports. Tried to contact the seller again numerous times and my e-mails were either undeliverable, or ignored when they were delivered. No response at all now. I wish this unit had held up better, but knowing what I know now I say DO NOT BUY!!!!I got this hub to use with a Pixel Slate Chromebook. I've found it's a bit of a crapshoot as to whether or not a device's implementation of Display Port Alt (DP-Alt mode, used for connecting an external display) will affect the chromebook's ability to sleep while using an external monitor. I'm happy to say that this one does not - the chromebook will sleep normally and put the monitor to sleep as well (instead of staying on always).It was plug and play simple with the slate, full power passthrough for maximum charging, and enough internal shielding that USB 3 devices do not adversely affect a wireless mouse/keyboard dongle (logitech in my case).It's larger than I expected, but still small enough (and very slim) that it's perfect for travel. I like that the cable is not hanging loosely in my computer bag. BUT, as others have noted, if you break off the little pull tab/sticker on the cable, it is almost impossible to get the plug/cable out of the hub. I put a more durable piece of string on mine.Can't speak to the longevity of the unit yet, but it feels solid. I wish the cable to connect to the laptop were longer, but that's a common problem with these devices. Overall, seems like a good purchase and an excellent travel solution.
