With these you'll never have to guess.The gel beads are a very good quantity for the size of the gel pack. The outer layer is high quality, it's very thick and well-made - it doesn't feel flimsy at all.This size gel pack makes it a great size for both children and adults. It comes in a storage bag for your freezer.These gel packs are a good value because of the quality, quantity, the versatility of using for both hot and cold and the convenient size of these gel packs.

Easy to use gel packs for different areas on the body. The small size of the ice packs is perfect for targeting specific areas of pain. I am able to place them directly onto my shoulder without having them slip or move around. The fact that it comes in a pack of three is also convenient because I can have one at home, one at work, and one in my car. The gel inside the ice packs stays cold for a long time, providing a soothing and numbing sensation to the affected area. I was also impressed with the fact that these ice packs can be used for both hot and cold therapy. It is easy to heat them up in the microwave and they work just as well as they do when used as cold packs. These ice packs are also reusable, which not only makes them environmentally friendly but also saves me money in the long run.

They break way too easily

These gel packs are conveniently sized for multiple applications, where you just need a small hot or cold pack. I’ve personally used to put into a lunch bag and it kept my food cooler. I’ve also used this for when it was cold outside but I had to be outside so I kept a warm one in my pocket. It didn’t stay hot for super long but it does help keep you warm, especially your fingers.Overall quality seems pretty good and no problems with leaks.

These ice packs had special mission: they were heading for the freezer in my family workshop, where they do welding and all sorts of dangerous stuff. They often come inside, asking for an ice pack for some injury or another.Well, let's have a set right out there for when they need it - these are in a nice case, and I checked them after they were frozen, and YES, they were still flexible, to wrap over a burned hand or mold around a banged knee.These are really nice ice packs - I highly recommend them - I like it!

I was rather disappointed when they arrived. They are small, and won't stay frozen very long. Our daughter bought some from Amazon a year ago that were great. They were good quality, to be formed to fit over knee or shoulder. And were 3 times the size, and didn't cost much more than these.

One leaked after use.

These ice packs are a great size for icing your knees, or to use on the kids boo-boos. They are thick enough to stay frozen for awhile without defrosting. These are definitely an upgrade from the frozen bag of veggies I’ve been using. I love that it’s a 3 pack, so if one ever leaks, I have a couple of spares.
