I have the Serola belt but outgrew it when I got pregnant so was looking for another one. I cannot believe the price of this one compared to the Serola’s $50 price tag! Here’s a list of all the things I love about it: It is soo much more comfortable and soft. The material truly feels heavenly compared to the Serola’s stiffer and scratchy material. Because of how soft it is, I am comfortable putting it under my underwear directly against my skin which means I don’t have to remove and reinstall it every time I use the restroom - a HUGE bonus for me with how often I’m peeing lol. Just so much more convenient! And also less noticeable when being out in public etc. Even though I’m small - 5”3 and 123 lbs pre pregnancy, at 25 weeks getting the large was a perfect choice for me because of how adjustable it is and it gives me plenty of room to keep growing throughout the rest of my pregnancy. The Serola only has a few inches of Velcro part that attaches and if you are too big or too small it simply doesn’t work to close it. This has the ability to attach the entire way around the waist due to the kind of material it is so it makes it FAR more customizable to different sizes. Such a genius design! Already mentioned the price but for real. The value you get from this is amazing. I almost didn’t buy it because of how cheap it was I was like it’s probably not that great but I was so pleasantly surprised and very glad I gave it a shot. Helps so much with keeping my hips and pelvis in place. If you happen to be pregnant too, please note you are supposed to continue to wear these for 2 weeks after delivery to help prevent separation of the pelvis during recovery. So do not discontinue using it right away! Edited to add: after a number of weeks of my belly getting even bigger I was needing it tighter and it felt less comfortable and not as soft straight against my skin as tight as I had it. I resolved this by cutting strips off of a soft tshirt and quickly using a needle and thread to sew that onto the inside panel. Feels amazing again. I also cut the 6 inch velcro part that closes the belt into a very narrow V shape so that there wouldn't be any chaffing of the velcro edges below or above onto my stomach if I didn't get it completely straight on every time. Still just absolutely love this thing and the fact that I don't have to remove it to use the restroom. Totally amazing!

It works wonderfully, would highly recommend, stays in place, couldn’t have walked without it.

Used this strap during pickleball to hold hips in place prior to hip replacement. Got me thru until surgery.

What I like about this band is the adjustment ability. It’s easy to use and its size fits a small women’s body. Lots of stability and comfort. I would recommend this product for those who suffer from sciatica problems. There is plenty of stretch ability which allows a good wrap and stability around the hips.

Wrapping this SI belt around me, nice and snug, is like getting a helping hug from my favorite monster. Warm, strong, and keeping all my insides and muscles in place!! I've been building a house this summer and this belt has saved my back and hips since I got it! Doing the first two hours of work wearing, taking it off for lunch and the rest of the day, no SI pain by the time I'm crawling back into bed!
