Solid keychain
This thing is beautiful, would make a great gift for any car person. Turbo is a working whistle, not very loud but do work as a whistle and the impeller spins when you use it.

Alright for the money
I was looking for one of these that you could blow in to and it would spin and make the turbo noise and I thought that this one was like that. Turns out it’s just a whistle but if you tap it on a table the whistle part comes out and you can blow into it and it sort of spins, not very well tho.
