Easy to install and works great!
Just what my son needed for his pick-up truck which is used in his daily work as a contractor. Easy to install and works flawlessly each time the tailgate is lowered.

Didnt come with a flaring tool to expand rivet The bolt and nuts they said you could do it with did not even fit each other. Managed to get it installed broke about 3 days later the rivet pulled out. Do not recommend this one.

Simple installation if you can follow directions and are slightly handy. Should've come with this unit from the factory.

Must have accessory (But make sure you have nutsert tool)
The media could not be loaded. Awesome accessory for my tailgate, super smooth operation and quiet operation. I will say it helps if you have a nutsert tool (I do). As the bolt/nut included to install the nutsert without the tool were the incorrect size (hence only 4 stars) but this didn’t affect me as I used my tool.
