Nice eyeliner

Throughout the years, I have bought several e.l.f. products and love them all. Recently my eyeliner was discontinued, and I tried this one. While I am still struggling with brush, I really like it. Its smooth, no eye irritation, it is waterproof. Will give it a try for the next few weeks.

This really is a very good waterproof eyeliner and the price is great. We recently were on vacation and I did quite a lot of swimming. It stayed on all day!

Okay, so the color? Gorgeous. It really stays put and doesn’t smudge, which I love. But the brush it comes with? Uh, no. It’s stiff, skips over my eyelids, and does nothing for my fine lines. I ended up digging through my old makeup stash to find a softer brush that wouldn’t feel like I’m applying eyeliner with a toothpick.If they just ditched the brush and let us use our own, this would’ve been a solid 5 stars.

e.l.f H2o waterproof inkwell eyeliner pen. This eyeliner works very well. It doesn't smudge or run. The color I got was a navy blue was perfect for my skin tone. It wasn't too bright it was bold. The eyeliner tip is very thin, so it gives you nice precise lines. No clumping. It's easy to apply and long lasting. It also dry's fast. It pretty much hypoallergenic and wont break you out. This was a great buy and good quality.

This eyeliner DOES NOT BUDGE once it is dry! It lasts all day - and through sleeping and taking a shower the next morning. You definitely need makeup remove to get this off. I would happily buy again.

Thought the brush would be more flexible. It’s okay, I find it with the stiff brush hard to make an even line. Could be due to my age. I will keep practicing. I like eye liner.
