Laundry Turtle­® – Large Oval Collapsible Washing and Clothes Basket – Green/Grey

This is an excellent space-saving basket. It is sturdy, a good size and expands and collapses easily. However, I have one niggle - trying to remove the label. I have a thing about labels and remove them, not only from clothing, but packaging and even fruit, they drive me nuts! I tried one of the reviewers suggestion of blasting it with a hairdryer. This didn't work for me so I can only assume my dryer isn't hot enough. I then picked and picked for half an hour which causwd much angst. Then I remembered I had a bottle of sticky stuff remover which I've had for years. Hey presto, the pesky label was gone in seconds! Like another reviewer suggested, if the manufacturer feels it necessary then, why oh why, not put it on the underside of the basket? I have, therefore deducted a star for the unnecessary frustration cuased!!

This is a great space-saving laundry basket. It collapses and unfolds pretty easily. My only bug-bear - and this is quite a big one - is that there is a huge unattractive sticker inside the bottom of the basket which takes forever to get off. I have tried everything to get it off, and there are still traces of the wretched glue. If they need to put the sticker on the product, why not on the underside or with an easy remove glue????

I bought this as my old basket inexplicably fell apart and I found it almost impossible to get one which actually fits under my washing machine. It does the job perfectly and is very funky, but I don't find it very easy to collapse and expand, perhaps it will be easier with time. It is a lot smaller than my previous basket which is my only criticism.

This is a great idea. Looks good. A bit fiddly to fold down so I don't usually bother day to day, but for a longer period of time I would. I wouldn't say it's that large in terms of capacity though. My previous standard basket was bigger.

Initially thought it was great but after 6 months use it has split in numerous places, it’s only a matter of time before it goes in the bin. Expected it to last much longer.

Wanted one to collapse for storage. Spent a lot of time researching and bought this one as looked well made and wasnt cheap. It is a great size, comfortable to carry and collapses easily to store. However within the year it started to split where it folds. Now, just over a year it is just hanging together. V disappointed.

Thanks arrived on time and when collapsed it fits between a cupboard and the washer.One little problem.It has a label inside that is so well glued we cannot get it off, latest try is to leave it in soak for 24 Hours.
