Great Super Cereal (14% fiber, 5g protein, coconut nectar) & Women Owned - Wonderful!
I don't eat those highly processed cereals under the big brands anymore. I use this brand and this 'honey peanut butter' version as it contains high fiber and while its a bit sweet, the coconut sugar and cinnamon add a wonderful twist. It's made with mainly Organic grain, coconut oil etc. It also has 14% fibre and 5g protein in a serving of just under 2oz and is very satisfying. This is also a women owned company as far as I know and I like this product. It pairs well with coconut milk or any other milk of your choice. High quality.

I love this cereal. It is filling and full of healthy ingredients seeds and is very crunchy and satisfying a must have if you are a cereal lover.

It's nutritious
The cereal is hard to chew, otherwise it tastes pretty good. I appreciate the fact that there are few ingredients that are of sufficient quality to add to the eater's well being.
