I only used it couple of times and it suddenly stopped working, been looking for customer services or anything online to report the damage and have not been successful.

Works very well. Chips onion’s and garlic easily. Super easy to clean. Got one got a Christmas gift four a friend.

To be clear, I did not order this and do not use it to chop vegetables. I specifically ordered this and use it to grind various nuts and seeds and mix dry ingredients. I often use coarsely ground nuts or seeds in recipes and I make a lot of dry mixes and this little chopper is great for those purposes. I ordered this because I had been using my blender for dry grinding and mixing of these things, but my blender is used so often that it is rarely dry and it needs not be dry to grind or mix dry ingredients. This mini chopper does not function as well as my blender but it does a suitable job just requiring a bit more time than my blender.

Nice chopper. I’ve used it quite often. Bought it in August and in mid November it stopped working. The blade no longer turns. Would appreciate a replacement item because it does work really well.

I was so excited for this mini-food processor, but I struggled to ever get it to charge. It worked maybe once and then never charged again. I eventually threw it away which is disappointing for how much it cost!

Is compact, easy to use, and easy to clean. Is cordless and charges fast it seems. Not sure how long charge will last because relatively new purchase.
