The personalized item that I received from this seller was not acceptable. However, when I contacted the seller and sent photos, they were very quick to replace it. The second shirt that I received was perfect! I was impressed with the customer service!

I was not happy with the outcome of my shirt. There were black dots all over the faces of my children and grandchildren. They told me it was a vintage look but I wasn't happy with it. They said they want to have every customer to be happy with their purchase so they sent me a new shirt with no black dots on it!! I love it!!! Thank you so much!!!

The picture quality was amazing. The material of the sweater was soft but it not too soft, just nice. I wish I could describe it in better detail than that lol. I have washed mines twice now and still in good shape no tears or fading. My hands sting is 4 out the f 5 because of their customer service. I cancelled 1 order and still received it along with charges, even after reaching out. I also needed a x-small but received small. Over all satisfied with delivery time and quality of material received.

The original sweater I had ordered for my wife showed up with some issue on the pictures. I contacted the seller and they remade the sweater and had it shipped out to me very quickly without hesitation. The customer service and sweater were amazing. I would order again and recommend this seller.

I received the sweat shirt however, all of the pictures I selected are covered in what looks like drops of ink. It completely ruined the sentiment of the gift. Update: The ink on the pictures was caused by a default setting and the seller sent another sweat shirt without it and it looks great. Thanks for taking care of this.

Cute idea with fast shipping. However, The size was for a small person. I ordered a men's large and he couldn't even get his arms in it. Not able to return because my pictures on it.
