Great product!! It was very easy to assemble, heats up quickly, and is easy to use. Great value for the money! I initially had a few support bars that were not included in my product, but the seller was very responsive and quickly sent my replacement parts and corrected all issues.

Easy to follow directions and can assemble simply with one person. Works great. Some directions are misspelled and backwards so if you are unsure of instructions look it up online.

My only critic is that the chair is so small! other than that, it puts out tons of steam. it’ll give you a nice toasty sauna experience. it held the heat and the steam nicely. It was very easy to assemble, but you do need to make sure that you tap the connectors to make sure that they’re fully engaged. I used the essential oils apparatus and it was very nice spa type experience. honestly, the only drawback is the size of the chair. It’s not very comfortable.

If I could give a negative star I would for this product. Worked great for 5 months then started shutting off with electrical smoke smell. Manufacturer wouldn't do the right thing, fortunately Amazon is issuing a full credit. DON'T PURCHASE

We tried this sauna as a temporary sauna. We have had it for a year and love it. The sauna heats up quickly and keeps an even heat. Tge overall construction is sturdy and the fabric is thick. We were willing to spend a considerable amount for a sauna, but have no need to do so- this one is excellent.

Just love this sauna. During the initial few days of use, the temperature ranged between 118 and 120 degrees. However, after a little more than a week’s use, the temperatures have increased and now range between 134 and 138 degrees. It warms up to these temps in approximately 10 minutes. I replaced the foldable cloth chair provided with the sauna with a bamboo shower chair I did not want to risk sweat accumulation on the chair. This sauna is definitely worth it.

No heating

It could have been great.... but why do they sell on German Amazon, to a German market, a product that can't be plugged in here or needs a power converter? This is 120V not 220V with the wrong outlet plug for Europe!!!?? I sent it back and I'm still waiting on my refund!!!!

Delivery was late, however it was worth the wait. Roy was in constant communication with us, before, during and after delivery to ensure everything was as expected. We love our sauna!
